GV Tournament is an esports tournament platform intended for use by players aged 13 and above.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems.

Automated bots, scrapers, or scripts are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The platform is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

All participants must register with accurate and truthful information. False registration data will result in immediate disqualification.

Each player may only register once per tournament category. Duplicate registrations will be removed.

Teams must consist of the registered members. Substituting unregistered players during matches is not allowed.

All participants must adhere to fair play principles. Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game bugs is strictly prohibited.

Match results are final once confirmed by tournament administrators. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the match.

GV Tournament reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating game rules or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct.

Tournament schedules are subject to change. Participants will be notified via WhatsApp or the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your registration.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Sharing accounts or registration credentials with other players is prohibited.

You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (WhatsApp number) remains accurate and reachable.

GV Tournament is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.

Registration fees must be paid in full before the registration deadline to secure your spot in the tournament.

Payment proof must be uploaded through the official platform. Payments not verified through the platform will not be accepted.

Registration fees are non-refundable once the tournament bracket has been generated.

Refunds may be considered only if the tournament is cancelled by the organizer.

Any attempt to submit fraudulent payment proofs will result in permanent disqualification and potential legal action.

GV Tournament reserves the right to reject registrations that do not meet payment verification requirements.

Prize pool distributions will be made within 7 business days after the tournament concludes.

All content on the GV Tournament platform, including logos, graphics, text, and tournament data, is owned by GV Tournament.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

By submitting content (team logos, player photos, etc.) to the platform, you grant GV Tournament a non-exclusive license to use that content for tournament purposes.

Match results, standings, and bracket data may be shared publicly as part of the tournament coverage.

GV Tournament may use tournament highlights and results for promotional purposes on social media.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a trademark of Moonton. GV Tournament is an independent organizer and is not affiliated with Moonton.

GV Tournament shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We are not responsible for technical issues, server downtime, or connectivity problems that may affect tournament participation.

GV Tournament is not liable for any disputes between participants that occur outside the official tournament matches.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the registration fee you paid.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

GV Tournament reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
